Are you an experienced leader passionate about creating safe, healing environments for those in recovery? Join The Meadowglade as a Program Manager – RTC and take the helm of our 6-bed Adult Residential Treatment Facility (ARF).
In this role, you'll ensure day-to-day operational excellence while overseeing client safety, staff development, documentation compliance, and adherence to California Department of Social Services (DSS) & CARF regulations. You'll collaborate with clinical teams, lead facility tours and admissions, and serve as the primary operational contact for clients, families, and staff throughout their journey from admission to discharge.
- Oversee daily residential operations ensuring a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment
- Lead, train, and support a dedicated team of Psychiatric Technicians
- Conduct tours and admissions, welcoming clients and families with compassion and professionalism
- Ensure licensing compliance and audit-ready documentation at all times
- Earn competitive compensation in an exempt, full-time role (Sunday–Thursday schedule)

The pay range for this rols is $70,000-$72,000 annually.
